Participating in sports is an amazing way to release stress, exercise, enhance fitness, stay happy and be happy both mentally and physically. With the fun of sports, comes the injuries. But one cannot fear injury and stop taking part in sport. Performing in sports may range from a tennis match with one’s high school friend to Olympics or World Championship.
